Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, managing billing, and managing workspace data.
Customer content and respondent data
Customers retain rights in surveys, questions, media, research materials, and respondent data they submit or collect. Customers grant SegPIE the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, back up, secure, and support that content.
Responsibility to respondents
Customers are responsible for legally required notices, consents, permissions, lawful basis, respondent audiences, sensitive-data handling, incentives, and downstream use of results.
Acceptable use
Customers must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. SegPIE may investigate and restrict content or access when necessary to protect users, respondents, SegPIE, third parties, or the service.
AI and research features
AI-assisted and advanced research features may contain errors and are not a substitute for professional judgment or appropriate research validation.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are subject to Payment and Subscription Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Features, limits, and entitlements vary by plan.
Disclaimers, liability, and disputes
The service is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability caps, indemnities, jury waiver, arbitration, class-action waiver, consumer exceptions, and related dispute terms require counsel review before final publication.
